Dr. Bhavik Makwana brings a global perspective, elite clinical training, and a deep-rooted passion for patient-centered dentistry to Marco Island. With over 7 years of hands-on experience and thousands of restored smiles, Dr. Mak is committed to delivering high-tech, high-touch care—always with compassion, never with pressure.
Dr. Mak’s journey began with his dental training in India, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient care. He continued to elevate his expertise in the U.S., earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He also holds a Master’s in Public Health, reinforcing his commitment to preventive care and community well-being.

Island Paradise Dental is a family-owned and operated clinic, co-led by his wife, Shreya Chaudhari, who holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and manages all non-clinical operations. After years of serving families in Texas, Dr. Mak and Shreya relocated to Southwest Florida to be closer to their loved ones and bring world-class dental care to the Marco Island community. Outside of dentistry, Dr Mak enjoys travelling , playing and watching cricket, and reading philosophy.
